COLLECTED THE 3RD WEDENSDAY OF EACH MONTH
Casserole Recipe
· 1 ½ to 2 pounds of ground beef
· ¼ cup chopped onion
· 1 box spaghetti (13-16 oz.)
· Spaghetti sauce – 1 large or 2 small
· 3 cups shredded cheese (any kind)
· Optional – green pepper, garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning
Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off grease.
Add spaghetti sauce
Cook spaghetti, drain.
Add the meat sauce to the cooked spaghetti. Layer ½ in pan. Cover with ½ of the cheese.
Add the rest of the cooked spaghetti and meat sauce and cover with remainder of cheese.
DO NOT BAKE – PLEASE FREEZE AND BRING TO THE MEETING ON THE 3RD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH

COLLECTED THE 2ND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH
Casserole Recipe
· 2 pounds of ground beef – browned with one chopped onion and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
· 2 cans of crushed tomatoes
· 2 cans of chili beans
· 2 cups of cooked macaroni noodles
· 2 cups of cheese – either shredded or sliced for the top of casserole (your choice)
Mix all together, put in pan, top with cheese, cover and freeze. Bring to the Rectory garage on the 2nd Monday of each month from 8:15am-9:30am.
